How We Collect Your Data
Your personal data is processed in two ways. First, through the Contact and Quotation Request forms on this site: when you submit one, the information you provide is stored in the database on our servers and forwarded to our company email address at the same time. Second, when you contact us directly via WhatsApp, phone or email, in which case only the information you share with us is processed.
The forms are protected against automated submissions by Google reCAPTCHA; during that verification, technical information about your browser is shared with Google.

Your data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfillment of a legal obligation, and our legitimate interest provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may only be transferred, to the extent required by your export, customs, or logistics process, to relevant business partners and to legally authorized public authorities, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
Technical Website Records
In addition to the standard access logs kept by our hosting infrastructure, this website keeps its own visit log for site security and abuse detection: IP address, browser information, the address visited, the referring address and the access time. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly

- Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
- Request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
- Request that correction or deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- Object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively via automated systems
- Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
